What data we collect, why we collect it and how we use it
Any information we collect about you will be used strictly in accordance with the GDPR regulations 2018.

The main reason we gather and process your personal data is in connection with any order you place with us (i.e. to fulfil our contract with you), and to meet our legal obligations. That means in practice that we may save your name and address, email address and phone number if you give us this information when placing an order. This is so that we can deliver the goods to you and contact you regarding your order. We will also save the details on your sales invoice to fulfil our legal obligations to the tax authorities. This data will be kept securely for 6 years and then destroyed in line with UK law. We will not save any of your banking or financial details as all payments are made securely through Checkout with PayPal.

If you make an enquiry on the website contact form or directly by email, we will save this data so that we can get back to you with answers to your questions. If you don’t go on to place an order (ie, enter into a contract with us), we will delete your information within 30 days.

We will not disclose information about you to a third party except to fulfil our legal and tax obligations as described above.
We will not send you marketing emails or mailings without asking for your explicit consent first.

We do not use cookies on our website.
