By using this website and purchasing goods from the Art by Dawn store, you accept these terms and conditions.

Postage
Postage rates advertised on this site are for postage to UK mainland addresses. If you are located overseas, please email us to discuss your order.

All prices are quoted in GBP Sterling and do not include VAT.

Payment
Payment for goods purchased from this site may be made by PayPal, or credit / debit card and transactions are processed securely by PayPal. We do not store credit card details or share customer details with any 3rd parties. Simply proceed to Checkout securely with Paypal when you have finished adding goods to your basket.

Consumer protection

We are aware of our responsibilities to the consumer, and have taken all steps to ensure our business meets the requirements of related EU and UK consumer protection laws, particularly the Distance Selling Regulations (2000), the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other legislation specific to the products that we sell.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch greetings cards within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order, and prints within 3-5 working days, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery of all items. If your order is urgent, please email us or telephone and we will do our best to speed things up.

Your right to cancel
If your order value is £42 or more, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving us a reason.

If you wish to use this right to cancel, you may inform us by email, post or telephone, or you can use the standard cancellation form, which can be downloaded here. We are obliged by law to provide this cancellation form, but you are not obliged to use it and you may use one of other methods mentioned above instead. If you do wish you use the standard form, please send the completed form to us by post or as an email attachment.

Goods returned should be returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date when you informed us of your wish to cancel the order. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price including the P&P costs you have paid us for dispatching the goods to you. However, you will be responsible for paying the return postage.

Returned goods should be suitably packaged to avoid damage, preferably using the packaging in which they were sent to you. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refunded amount if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or if cellophane wrappers have been removed from greetings cards.

This does not affect your statutory rights (see below).

Dissatisfied with your order?
You may return damaged or unsatisfactory goods, whatever the value of your order, in line with your statutory rights. Please contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied with your order and we will discuss how you can return them to us.

We will not disclose information about you to a third party except in accordance with that law.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.
